I had received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biotechnology at L.N.Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Kazakhstan).
At the moment, I am a PhD student in immunology at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (Israel).
In my leisure time, I play a Kazakh national instrument dombra. I am also fond of climbing and marathon running.
I am a Research Scientist at the Institute for Radioprotection and Nuclear Safety near Paris, (France). My work focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms involved in response to ionising radiation exposure and their consequences in terms of cancer initiation and development.
I like getting people excited about the things I love: science, philosophy, Star Wars and obscure music. In my spare time, I also play Okinawan Sanshin.
Dina Mostafa, M.Sc., PhD

I got my bachelor degree and my M.Sc. in Biochemistry from the school of pharmacy, Ain Shams University. After which, I travelled to OIST (Japan) for my PhD. Studying at OIST has been my life experience that enriched both my personality and scientific background. I have been researching RNA biology and Diabetes. Currently, I am a Lecturer of Biochemistry at Ain Shams University (Egypt).
Besides the love of science, I love running, cooking, yoga, travelling and exploring new places. My motto is: Dare to dream!

I have always been curious about the biology of life. I followed my curiosity and received my bachelor degree in Biological Sciences at Nazarbayev University (Kazakhstan). Later on, I became more passionate about small biomolecules proteins and their interactions in cancer biology and metabolism. I finished summer school in food engineering at Sup'Biotech (France) and graduates with a Master degree in Protein engineering and Evolution at OIST (Japan).
Currently, I am a PhD student with a strong interest in protein-protein interaction at neurodevelopmental pathological states. Meantime, I am consulting prospective graduate students with the admission process to Grad schools.

Currently, I am finishing my bachelor degree in Data Science.
I am also working as a Data Analyst at gridscale GmbH in Cologne. My work focuses on improving decision-making with data-driven methods like machine learning.
I love helping people and getting new knowledge out of information such as data. Therefore it comes naturally to me to dive deep into a topic, satisfying my curiosity and getting insights that I can apply to my day-to-day life. Besides Data Science I like running, travelling and constantly learning about new things.
